It was a hard day, but it was a good day.
We went to the cemetary and planted some of her favorite flowers. She would always tell me not to plant flowers until after Mother's day, so, that is just what we did.

The day was actually a good day. We got to spend a lot of time with lots of people who are like moms to me. Love you all!
That really is a beautiful headstone! The flowers look great, too. I'm sure that your mom is mostly happy with you and the wonderful person you are! You are the best tribute to your mom's life!
ReplyDeleteDid you see the flowers Jeanette took over for me? How sweet is she? I love that you planted pansies. She loved those! I'm hoping next year and the year after will get easier. It probably won't but one can hope.
